Raphael provides AI-powered image generation, video generation, editing, and related creative tools. Some features may be available without signing in, while other features may require an account, subscription, credits, or payment. Raphael is an independent product and interface layer built around in-house systems and third-party model providers; unless explicitly stated otherwise, Raphael is not affiliated with or endorsed by the underlying model providers.

• Not attempt to circumvent any limitations or security measures

Free users may use generated content for personal and other non-commercial purposes only, unless Raphael expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and resulting outputs do not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable law, or breach these Terms.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We follow a minimal data collection approach: requests from users who are not signed in are typically processed temporarily, while signed-in users may retain the information needed for account features, history, subscriptions, billing, support, and security protections.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

If you purchase a subscription, credits, or other paid features, the applicable pricing, billing terms, and product entitlements will be presented at checkout or on the pricing page. Users can manage or cancel their subscription from the pricing page or through the subscription management portal made available by Raphael. Cancellation generally stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel benefits already provided for the current billing period, unless required by law.

You may not use the Service to generate or attempt to generate:

• Any NSFW, sexually explicit, nude, semi-nude, sexually suggestive, pornographic, uncensored, or 18+ content
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Content intended to harass, abuse, exploit, or harm others
• Violent, deceptive, fraudulent, or otherwise harmful content

We may block, remove, refuse to process, or restrict access to content or accounts that violate these Terms or create legal, safety, or abuse risks.

8. Refunds and Support

As a general rule, purchases of digital and virtual products are non-refundable. If you have a refund request or billing issue, please contact [email protected].
