Anytime! You can upgrade or cancel from the pricing page or the subscription management portal. Your subscription runs through the end of your current billing term, but there is never a long-term contract.
As a general rule, purchases of digital and virtual products are non-refundable. If you have a refund request or billing issue, please email [email protected] and we will generally respond within 3 business days.
Probably... While we try to keep our plans affordable, we also add more features and build more powerful models, which have a higher cost. However if you buy an annual plan, we'll happily honor it.
Yes! Pro and Ultimate unlock access to the Raphael Pro model, which generates higher-resolution images with richer details. Ultimate also gets the highest priority in the queue during peak traffic.
Under normal usage, you won't encounter this message. However, if our system detects abnormal usage patterns (such as reverse engineering attempts or other unauthorized methods), you may still see this message.

Yes. Subject to our Terms of Use and applicable law, paid subscribers may use generated images for personal or commercial purposes. Free users may use generated images only for personal and other non-commercial purposes, unless Raphael expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for making sure your prompts, uploads, and outputs do not infringe third-party rights.
No, we don't have a public API at the moment but will be offering one in the near future. We would love to hear your specific requirements.
